Born on one continent, raised on another, and shaped by four decades across the United States, Europe, and Asia, my work reflects a blend of global influences. Trained in traditional printmaking techniques, I strive to push the boundaries of serigraphy.
Blending printmaking, collage, and painting, my work unfolds as layered narratives that transcend borders. Drawing from historical references and personal experience, I reinterpret and rescale these influences into bold, impactful compositions—hence “re-imagined.” Through symbol and color, I examine memory, identity, and the threads that connect us across cultures.
I work primarily in serigraphy on 100% silk and archival paper. With screen sizes ranging from 1.5 to nearly 7 feet, each piece develops through 8 to 26 screens, building depth and presence.
