Shaped by formal training in Europe and Asia and a life spent moving across continents, my work unfolds as a layered narrative of memory and cultural connection. I strive to push the boundaries of traditional serigraphy by working on a massive scale. Using massive screens ranging from 1.5 to nearly 7 feet, I build bold, impactful compositions on pure silk and archival paper, pulling anywhere from 8 to 26 screens per piece. By taking historical references and personal experiences and rescaling them into completely re-imagined works, I blend printmaking, collage, and painting into pieces that transcend borders.
